A multi-faceted, senior Agile leader, Shawn collaborates, mentors, and provides enterprise solutions to corporations to ensure successful product delivery. With over ten years of experience in both coaching and training Agile principles, Shawn’s expertise spans from that of entry level colleagues to senior level executives both throughout the United States and Argentina. Shawn has worked with numerous Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Team Members at the project-level, and Senior Executives for Enterprise Transformations for growing corporate Agile competencies. Through extensive work experience for industry leaders (e.g., Booz Allen; CACI; Ernst & Young; Serco; etc.), Shawn has been able to bridge federal and commercial consulting Agile practices, allowing for an understanding of successful delivery tactics.
